Landian dreamed big: to create a metaverse that overcame the usual graphic barriers and offered a hyper-realistic experience, built on the powerful Unreal Engine 5. Landian was a revolution compared to 2D metaverses like The Sandbox.
Imagine a digital world so realistic that businesses, governments, and users could interact just like in real life, but with unique advantages such as smart contracts and innovative blockchain-based business models. That's what Landian wanted.
When Landian came to us, there were only four months left before the official launch, scheduled for September 2022. The problem was significant: the initial technology wasn't working, development had stalled, and there was no adequate infrastructure to manage over half a million NFT lots. Basically, it was an almost impossible mission: to build a robust, production-ready solution from scratch in record time.
At Partneo, we gladly accepted the challenge and got straight to work. We completely overhauled the technological infrastructure using smart tools like Rhinoceros 3D, which allowed us to automatically create the 500,000 digital lots with a logical and efficient urban organization.
Additionally, we developed a functional web marketplace where users could explore, choose, and purchase lots using the LNDA token. We also created all the smart contracts in Solidity, ensuring transparency and security in every transaction.
But the coolest part was directly integrating Wallet Connect within Unreal Engine 5, so users could connect their crypto wallets seamlessly, directly from the metaverse. A solution as innovative as it was practical.
